Job Description
The role of a Performance Marketing Specialist involves driving high-impact campaigns and serving as a strategic force behind growth initiatives. This individual will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing paid campaigns across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cross-platform campaigns to drive business growth.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
- Lead A/B testing of creatives to discover breakthrough campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
- Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
- A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to take ownership from setting strategy to leading execution.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction.
