Senior Meta Ads Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to lead our international client accounts in Meta ad campaign strategy and execution.

 

About the Role:

This is an opportunity for an analytical and creative problem-solver to develop winning ad strategies, drive measurable growth, and engage directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies focusing on Return on Investment.
  • Independently manage international client accounts ensuring effective communication and consistent results.
  • Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports demonstrating value and strategy alignment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • A strong background in managing international clients, preferably with experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • The ability to work independently with clients from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
