Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting timesheet data and payroll information. They will also be proficient in entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.

A strong understanding of calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions is essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits, as well as maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, is crucial.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns. The Compensation and Benefits Specialist must also possess problem-solving skills to perform payroll reconciliations and prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
  • Manage year-end activity.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with payroll software.
  • Reliability and honesty.
  • Ability to work based on shift timings.
  • Multi-country payroll and taxation knowledge.
