Job Title: Rewards Manager

As a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits, you will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of all reward activities.

This includes managing job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration oversight, and incentive scheme governance. You will also oversee cyclical reward activities such as TGBS and Annual Compensation Review to ensure timely and quality delivery.

In addition, you will partner with Payroll teams to ensure benefit processes are accurate and compliant. Your role will also involve coaching and mentoring Reward Analysts to build their capability and resilience.

Key requirements include significant experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits operations within a complex, multi-country organisation, strong people management skills, and advanced Workday capability.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / modelling capability are also essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels and manage escalations.
