Job Title: Compensation Specialist

Location: Malappuram, India

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage weekly/monthly/bi-weekly payroll processes with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions for production issues and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with US teams and clients to ensure end-to-end payroll management.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy while running payroll and processing stop payments and re-issues as required.
  • Handle wage garnishment deductions, ACH rejects, and research payroll tickets/query.
  • Prepare final checks (termination) based on state compliances and implement/maintain QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Rippling, ADP Run, ADP WFN, Trinet, Paylocity, Justworks.
  • Produce various required payroll reports from respective systems and maintain communications with clients, employees, and vendors.
  • Process payroll and tax reconciliation, including pre/post-payroll and tax reconciliation.
  • Manage time and priorities efficiently and have proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Be aware of Form 940, 941, W-4, W-2, I-9, FICA, SUTA, Health Benefits, 401k, State Tax Filing, TPA administration, Workers Comp Insurance, Gross-Up/Non-Gross up Bonus/Commissions, and Overtime Calculation based on respective state guidelines.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
