Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Job Description:
  • Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to analyze data and payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • As a payroll expert, you will support all payroll functions and programs impacting employees, serving as a valuable resource for the employee population.
  • Responsibilities include processing complete and accurate employee information, including new hires, terminations, tax, and payment elections.
  • You will update the employee payroll database accurately, adhering to our financial policies and statutory requirements.
  • A key aspect of this role is performing rigorous quality checks on payroll data to prevent errors and unnecessary re-work.
  • Deliver payroll services to agreed timelines, supporting implementation of changes to policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma Required
  • 2 years US and Canada Payroll Experience Required (knowledge of multi-state pay requirements and taxes)
  • Knowledge of Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Ability to follow documented processes
  • Ability to work within deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible during month and year end closings
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers
