OverviewThis role involves working as a mobile tester, with a focus on ensuring the quality of our mobile applications.
Responsibilities- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
- Provide status to the Test Lead / Manager
- Support testing team
- Working closely with BA's, functional lead and Development team.
- Support in Test Planning, and managing the testing effort for any given release
- Design Test scenarios and Test Cases
- Bug Tracking and Reporting
- Defect Coordination
- Must have experience in the e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing.
- Good experience in API testing
- Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and its methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
- Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments, performing all types of testing.
- Solid hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans.
- Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects.
- Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics.
- Advantage to have experience in tool for mobile testing.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Implement effective managerial and testing techniques
- Ability to interact with technical team to convert functional requirement to test specs.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills.
- Experienced in preparing test data, Preparation of test cases and Test execution
- Very client focused with regards to service delivery
- Good people/interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)
- Capable of working under a fast pace and dynamic working environment
- Good knowledge of testing tools used in industries today.
- Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team
