We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional to join our global IT team.

About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules, configuring and integrating SAP HCM ECC with SuccessFactors, including India-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.
  • Configure and integrate SAP HCM ECC with SuccessFactors, including India-specific requirements.
  • Document configurations and business processes for efficient knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in uploads of MDF and other objects, form template changes.
  • Provide support for SAP HCM ECC modules, including OM, PA, Time, and Payroll.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Implementation or support experience in at least two or more of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment (RCM/RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Employee Central (EC), Time Management, Payroll (India), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals Management (PMGM), Compensation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Knowledge of integrations within SuccessFactors, SAP, and 3rd-party systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM – Time Management and Payroll for various countries, including India.
Soft Skills:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to deliver assigned work packages efficiently.
