Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors, and be proficient in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee full implementation projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions, supporting the global rollout strategy and localization efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural competence.
  • Experience working in multinational project teams.

About the Role

This role involves implementing and managing global SAP SuccessFactors projects. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, and the ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.
