Job Overview:
DBS Bank is seeking a talented individual to lead the Treasures Segment, focusing on affluent customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals, providing a differentiated value proposition and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a segment strategy that meets the unique needs of affluent customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Analyzing customer data to inform product and service offerings.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
Leading a team of relationship managers to achieve segment objectives.
Requirements:
MBA degree with a focus on marketing or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on affluent segments.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful segment strategies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience developing metrics and tracking results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of developing and managing high-performance teams.
