Job Overview:

As a key member of the DBS Bank team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a segment strategy that attracts and retains affluent customers. This will involve identifying their unique needs, developing product and service offerings, and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a segment strategy that meets the needs of affluent customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of affluent customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the affluent banking segment.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers to grow the business and create new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the affluent segment to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of relationship managers to deliver on the segment's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree with a focus on marketing or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on affluent segments and managing a high-performance team.
  • Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including wealth management products.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful segment strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience developing metrics and tracking results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of developing and managing high-performance teams.
