Customer Experience Expert

As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering training programs across multiple stores in a specific region. This role serves as the link between the Training Head and Store-Level Champions, ensuring store teams receive effective training on customer interactions, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct engaging training workshops for store teams on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Onboarding & Development: Work closely with Store Managers and Store Champions to onboard new hires quickly and effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Store Visits & Training Audits: Visit stores regularly to observe customer interactions and provide real-time coaching.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Experience: 5+ years in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
  • Retail Expertise: Deep knowledge of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning.
  • Training & Facilitation: Strong ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple stores within the assigned region.
