About the Job

This individual contributor position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training requirements through surveys and consultation with managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to meet evolving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design and deliver effective training programs and materials that enhance associate skills and performance.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing development for employees to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Track training participation and maintain accurate records to inform future training strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to drive innovation and excellence.

A successful candidate will possess a master's degree or postgraduate qualification, along with 5+ years of experience in training, learning, and development. Key qualifications include strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with learning management systems and training software.

Requirements
  • Masters or Post Graduate Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning, and development.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and training software.
  • Understanding of eCommerce and cross-border trade space.
  • Certification in training or development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience in retail or large-scale operations.
