Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist who can work from raw data to actionable insights, driving informed decisions for retail and online channels.

  • Analyse retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory, customer behaviour, and pricing performance.
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources.
  • Build dashboards and automated reports using data visualization tools.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms.
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation.
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments.
