Key Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Implementation Specialist to lead workshops, configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules, and ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective retail business processes including sales, inventory management, promotions, and customer service.
  • Configure and customize D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce) to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases, including UAT, training, and go-live.
  • Design and develop functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements.
  • Support data migration and testing activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS.
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
