Job Summary

This key position is responsible for creating retail store designs that meet adidas brand standards and comply with local regulations. The individual in this role will be tasked with ensuring high-quality design solutions are delivered on time, while also maintaining consistency across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts that adhere to construction standards, safety regulations, and adidas design guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, zoning plans, elevations, and façades.
  • Maintain layouts and façades consistent across markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and acceptance of works.
  • Provide specifications for retail equipment and furniture aligned with store concepts.
  • Monitor project progress and deliver on schedule.
  • Work with market teams on design reviews and approvals.
  • Stay up-to-date with retail design trends and innovations.
  • Pursue training to strengthen design expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 4–8 years of professional experience in architecture and retail design.
  • Industry background in retail sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG preferred.
