**Job Description:**
As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to internal stakeholders, analyzing complex business processes, and developing innovative solutions to improve system efficiency. You will also lead quality assurance efforts, design and execute regression tests, and collaborate with internal and external development teams. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in driving process improvements and ensuring seamless integration of new applications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Our ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or a comparable field, with at least 3 years of experience in Distribution and Wholesale sales. They should have a proven track record of gathering business requirements and delivering technical business solutions, as well as hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience working via the Agile methodology and proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics AX/365FO and Office 365, would be advantageous.
