Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager-EB with 6-10 years of experience in enterprise sales to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive sales in existing and new companies with revenue greater than ₹100 CR and contribute to building a leading Enterprise Business Vertical in Telangana.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Enterprise Sales team by setting examples and achieving KPIs.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop direct sales team members to empower them to drive sales.
  3. Work closely with our Business Head, EB sales, and support team to coordinate business vertical needs and maintain high service standards.
  4. Retain key accounts and build lasting relationships with clients.
  5. Achieve assigned KPIs and deliverables of this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in direct corporate and channel sales or related roles.
  • Relevant experience in ISP/telco/carrier relationship and business partner management.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented individual with high energy levels.
