Job Description:

Strategic Key Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Growth & Client Relationship:
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue from key accounts.
    • Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Bilvantis services with their strategic objectives.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to enhance client success.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing) to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to drive consultative engagements.
    • Meet or exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets while maintaining CRM accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8-12 years in IT services account management, preferably within ISV, SaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop account growth strategies and close complex sales deals.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to forecast revenue, analyze key metrics, and drive business growth.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields; MBA preferred.
