We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to collaborate closely with senior leadership and support business growth initiatives. This role focuses on governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring alignment and visibility across sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic presentations for executive-level meetings, board reviews, and customer engagements.
- Analyze customer data across sales teams to provide insights for leadership decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive business reports by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA preferred; technical background is an asset.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
- Mandatory B2B Sales experience in customer-facing environments.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel for data representation and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced projects.
