We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team.

- Provide technical support for desktop-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Troubleshooting desktop-related issues using technical skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in desktop support or similar role
- Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool and Window OS & desktop troubleshooting
