We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team.

Requirements
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in desktop support or similar role
  • Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool and Window OS & desktop troubleshooting
