Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Workday expert to join our team in India.

  • This role involves planning and prioritizing work, assisting lead by providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle, collating and reporting status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • Developing complex configuration for clients and leads, managing data transformation and performing EIB Data loads.
  • Providing go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Leading and involving in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, assessing complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritizing capacity, and defining development and analysis timelines.
  • Identifying test scenarios, developing test scripts, and providing key support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Mentor and Coach Team Members.
  • Being flexible to work in multiple time zones and multiple teams.
  • Drive Ops excellence culture and lead transformational project(s) with clear visible and measurable impact.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday & overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Thorough Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Configuration Build knowledge.
  • Through knowledge on Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Migrations, Data Conversion and Reporting Concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven.
  • Manage multiple projects & teams.
