We are seeking a Data Conversion Specialist Consultant to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless migration of data into our systems.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.

To achieve this goal, you will create and execute advanced loads to convert and validate data into our platform. Additionally, you will identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors using your expertise in data mapping tools and methodologies.

This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, as well as excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
