Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to drive sustainability impact by integrating it into our business plans and measuring outcomes. This individual will lead the industry through our sustainability agenda, ensuring compliance and traceability.

  • This role involves executing and ensuring sustainability impact and outcomes at the facility level for various environmental thematic areas. Strategies will be implemented to find opportunities for improvement.
  • The successful candidate will guide facilities in taking impactful actions by identifying appropriate training programs to enhance sustainability performance and build capacity.
  • This person will understand the roadmap and follow up on its progress at the facility level. By tracking advancements and addressing any challenges, they will ensure that our sustainability initiatives remain on course and effective.
  • The ideal candidate will achieve strong execution and ownership by fully implementing sustainability initiatives at the facility level, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • This role requires leveraging one's curiosity to explore new sustainability trends and technologies, continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance our practices.
  • The Sustainability Expert will utilize their technical expertise and effective collaboration with key stakeholders to strengthen improvement possibilities by regularly assessing current processes and focusing on continuous enhancement to drive significant advancements.
  • This position involves utilizing project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor sustainability projects, coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
  1. This role requires strong knowledge on environment sustainability topics, including energy, water, chemicals, and processes, as well as project management (design, development, implementation, and monitoring).
  2. A background from the textile industry is preferred.
