Job Title: Sustainability Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sustainability Leader to join our team in India.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our sustainability agenda, focusing on social and environmental issues. This role will drive local execution, adapting global strategies to the Indian context, while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.

The Sustainability Leader will work closely with global program managers, sharing knowledge and best practices across regions. They will also coordinate employee networks and resource groups in India, supporting initiatives around diversity, belonging, environmental responsibility, and health & well-being.

This position is part of our Philanthropy Committee and CSR Board, providing input on funding requests and contributing to the success of our impact agenda.

  • Local Program Implementation: Adapt and execute global strategies for CSR, DEI, and health & well-being in India.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities, while maintaining consistency with global frameworks.
  • Develop annual plans for India, set measurable local targets, and track progress.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders in India, engaging and influencing them to support our impact agenda.
  • Employee Engagement & Resource Group Coordination: Coordinate employee networks, volunteer groups, or champions in India.
  • Collaboration & Alignment with Global Teams: Serve as the key link between India and global program managers for each impact area.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or DEI, as well as employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of India's sustainability landscape.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
  • Strong program management skills, with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating employee networks, volunteer groups, or champions.
