Job Description:

As a Sustainability Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's environmental approach.

This position involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices that align with our corporate goals. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing environmental impact, and driving positive change within the organization.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability initiatives that support long-term environmental objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report environmental performance data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations, support audits, maintain documentation, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices and lead awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize ecological footprint and ensure business continuity.
  • Research new technologies, materials, and methods to enhance sustainability performance and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related field required; ESG or sustainability reporting certifications preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and sustainability software highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data in clear and engaging way.
