Sustainability Leader

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and promoting sustainable practices throughout our operations.
This role leads and supports environmental initiatives across multiple units, requiring a proactive and passionate individual with hands-on experience in sustainability programs, audits, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation.
- Develop and manage environmental strategies and metrics
- Conduct internal audits and support external verifications
- Drive projects: water management, waste reduction, chemicals, energy efficiency
- Deliver training and align stakeholders with sustainability goals
- Track KPIs and benchmark performance
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental principles and practices, excellent communication and organizational skills, and relevant education in Environmental Science or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management is also required.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, Higg Index, ZDHC, AFIRM, ISO 14001, ESG, GHG, SBTi
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to travel and work collaboratively across units
