Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our quality management system, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.

As the lead Quality and Sustainability officer, you will play a pivotal role in influencing senior leadership decisions, driving operational excellence, and championing a quality-centric culture across all departments.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the quality strategy, vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business goals
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Driving operational excellence initiatives to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance
  • Establishing robust processes for quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborating closely with local and global stakeholders and external partners to align on quality expectations and embed quality into all processes

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management, sustainability, or EHS roles, preferably across multiple industries. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position in a multinational company is required.

Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and industry regulations is essential. Certified Quality Professional (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CQE/CQM/OE) is highly desirable.
