Senior Creative Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to fill this strategic and creative role. This position demands a deep understanding of audience behavior, cultural context, and spatial storytelling.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to bring ideas to life across brand activations, exhibitions, and large-scale events from insight to execution-ready concepts.

About the Role

This is a key position that involves leading ideation and development of high-impact concepts across events, exhibitions, and brand activations. You will conduct in-depth research and trend analysis to inform creative thinking and translate briefs into compelling and original concepts backed by clear narratives and audience insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ideation process and develop high-impact concepts for various formats including IPs & festivals, product launches, corporate events, and immersive installations.
  • Conduct thorough research and analyze trends to inform creative decisions.
  • Translate client briefs into engaging and original concepts supported by strong narratives and audience insights.
  • Craft powerful presentations for pitches and client approvals using verbal, written, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and client servicing teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the experiential or events industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize for diverse formats.
  • Strong presentation skills: verbal, written, and visual storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of audience engagement, brand strategy, and spatial design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, pitch-heavy environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote, Canva, and AI tools for presentations.
