Job Title:

Deputy Chief Architect

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering architectural solutions that are innovative, sustainable and in line with our brand ethos.

  • About the Role:
    • This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise and excellent communication skills to drive the architectural vision of our projects.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • To lead and manage a team of architects to develop and execute architectural designs for our luxury township developments, villas and master planning projects.
    • To define design guidelines, quality standards and architectural principles for our projects.
    • To ensure all architectural designs align with our brand aesthetics, functional requirements and statutory norms.
    • To oversee conceptual design, schematic development and final construction drawings (GFCs).
    • To review and approve master plans, layouts, working drawings and detailed drawings for residential, commercial and public spaces within the township.
    • To conduct periodic site visits for design supervision, quality checks and coordination with project teams.
    • To liaise with municipal authorities for approvals, permissions and compliance with local building regulations.
  • Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 12-15 years of architectural experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in large-scale township or luxury residential projects.
    • Strong understanding of municipal by-laws, building codes and township planning regulations.
    • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
    • Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills.
