Senior Vice President / Chief Operating Officer

The Senior Vice President (SVP) / Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a crucial leadership position in our apparel manufacturing group in Asia.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of woven manufacturing, including planning and other lean manufacturing concepts. The ideal candidate will have international work experience at a similar level/position.

The SVP / COO will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing-related activities, including on-time shipments, AQL, efficiency, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as strong people and work management skills. The successful candidate will be a strong leader and team player, reporting directly to the Director.

Applicants should have formal education in a related field and a minimum of 28 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in apparel/clothing/garment manufacturing companies is mandatory. We do not accept applications from candidates without prior experience in these industries.

A strong background in industrial engineering (IE) or production planning and control (PPC) is highly desirable. Proficiency in written and verbal English is a must.
