Location: Mumbai
CTC: up to 40 LPA
Industry: Real Estate - Residential & Commercial Projects
Requisite:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture from a reputed institute.
10+ years of professional experience in design and execution of residential and commercial projects high rise buildings
Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in Mumbai.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Adobe Suite).
In-depth knowledge of building by-laws, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance design creativity with practical execution and cost efficiency.
Lead conceptualization, design development, and execution of large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Oversee the entire design process from feasibility studies, master planning, and detailed drawings to site supervision.
Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, sustainability, and cost parameters.
Lead and mentor internal design teams, ensuring quality output and timely deliverables.
Coordinate with project management and execution teams for smooth on-site implementation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and statutory approvals.
