Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled International Buyer Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to buyers from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buyer Support & Query Resolution:
- Anticipate buyer needs and proactively resolve concerns to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive perception among global buyers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor platforms, and international trade regulations to provide expert guidance.
- Assist buyers in navigating our platform for bulk procurement, addressing queries related to order placement, pricing, product specifications, and delivery.
- Buyer Engagement & Retention:
- Foster strong relationships with buyers through proactive support and engagement, educating them on the benefits of our platform and services.
- Encourage repeat transactions by ensuring a smooth user experience, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Order Management & Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of buyer transactions, ensuring efficient order processing and resolution of buyer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supplier relations, and operations) to deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor order progress and keep buyers informed, providing timely updates on their transactions.
- Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Analyze buyer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing platform features and support processes.
- Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions and transaction history, informing business decisions.
- Provide regular reports on buyer satisfaction, concerns, and engagement levels to drive continuous improvement.
