Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our International Sales & Business Development team. The role
involves driving global sales opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our business footprint across
international markets, with an initial training period in India and subsequent relocation to Dubai.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel and relocate internationally (Dubai).
Prior exposure to sales, BD, or international client handling (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of HR processes and services is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Support end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
