Our organization seeks an experienced professional to manage international export demand and optimize distribution strategies.

  • Develop and maintain rolling export demand forecasts for global markets, conduct risk assessments related to demand variability, and create mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and optimize international distribution methods to ensure efficient material allocation and healthy inventory levels.
  • Create, verify, and manage all necessary export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Manage aged inventory and reduce it proactively.
  • Highly skilled in executing daily distribution activities based on customer requirements and supplier/factory capabilities.
  • Minimum Stock Level, ABC, overstock, zero stock, and Material shortage Analysis and control.
  • Monitor stock out, Forecast Alignment, forecast shortage, and other SCM parameters.
  • Order booking, lead time management for better customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory-related issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Export Demand & Distribution Planning.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the electrical or consumer durables industry.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
