Labware Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Functional Consultant to play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the LabWare LIMS platform across laboratory operations.

You will serve as a liaison between technical teams, end users, and stakeholders, ensuring that the system meets business and regulatory requirements.

Your expertise in LabWare LIMS workflows will enable you to collaborate with laboratory staff, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.

  • Gather and analyze functional requirements for LIMS workflows.
  • Design and document functional specifications for LabWare LIMS configurations and customizations.
  • Translate business processes into system configurations, leveraging LabWare LIMS functionalities such as templates, specifications, workflows, and reports.
  • Configure and validate LabWare LIMS modules, including sample lifecycle, inventory, stability, and instrument management.
  • Perform end-to-end project management for LIMS upgrade projects.
  • Provide training, user support, and troubleshooting assistance to laboratory personnel.
