We are seeking an experienced Platform Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computing platforms and servers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, patch, upgrade, and continuously improve the operating environment.
  • Provide maintenance and support for all systems in scope.
  • Configure and test operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
  • Liaise with other IT teams and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and execute plans for patching.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
