Job Title: Platform Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage production support for high-availability trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor application health and respond to alerts/tickets within Service Level Agreements
  • Perform root cause analysis to drive long-term system stability
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures, documentation, and knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve recurring issues
  • Support User Acceptance Testing/System Integration Testing environments and assist in test cycles
  • Provide on-call support in rotational shifts
  • Communicate effectively with users and cross-functional teams
  • Use observability tools for proactive incident resolution
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • AWS infrastructure services
  • Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
  • Ticketing tools: Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Programming exposure: .NET, Java, Python
  • Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS
  • Application performance monitoring tools (preferred)
