Account Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the operational aspects of client accounts.

  1. You will serve as a liaison between account managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate and execute operational processes related to client accounts, including process management, compliance, and documentation.
  3. Develop and maintain standardized processes for account operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client accounts and generate reports on account performance, activities, and key metrics.
  5. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation and provide updates on account status, project timelines, and deliverables.
  6. Address and resolve operational issues or concerns raised by clients or internal teams and escalate issues as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements and stay informed about any changes in regulations that may impact account operations.
  8. Conduct regular quality checks on account operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  9. Provide training and support to account managers on operational processes and offer guidance on best practices for account coordination.
