Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Leadership: Define the platform's direction and prioritize initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish policies for development, upgrades, and integrations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with ServiceNow and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to optimize vendor relationships and service delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and success measures to track platform performance and inform strategic decisions.
