Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to implement and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient workflows using ServiceNow's automation capabilities.
  • Develop catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs to improve ticket deflection rates and module usage.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Track and analyze metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and define new processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
