Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Conduct thorough traffic analysis using software to ensure design requirements are met.
  2. Prepare and present traffic analysis presentations to clients.
  3. Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Participate in design review meetings and workshops.
  5. Summarize traffic analysis for stakeholder approval.
  6. Develop a civil dimension matrix for lift configurations, ensuring conformity to designated vendors.
  7. Present and prepare design brief reports to clients.
  8. Use e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR.
  9. Coordinate with drafting teams for tender drawing submission.
  10. Support clients during vendor discussions and specification management.
  11. Cooperate with internal and external auditors.
  12. Ensure project completion documents are submitted before proceeding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the elevator industry.
  • Proficiency in Lifts and Escalator installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Excellent technical understanding of Elevators, Escalators, and Advanced People Flow solutions.
  • AutoCAD 2017 or higher proficiency - ability to read drawings and understand.
  • Microsoft 365, MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
