Customer Experience Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present sales data to cashiers and facilitate efficient payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in software systems and manage store inventory effectively.
  • Regularly report daily activities and performance to Store Managers for review and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Relevant product knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or sales environments.
