About the Job:Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate closing processes from contract signing to possession, guaranteeing timely completion and accuracy of necessary documents.
  • Verify that all legal documents and contracts adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to process financial transactions efficiently.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Maintain organized and secure files of transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Identify potential issues during the closing process and resolve them promptly.
  • Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
