Job Overview

This role involves leading a high-performing team to deliver Transaction Management services to large companies.

You will dedicate your time to a single client, interfacing with senior stakeholders across various locations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive real estate strategy and transactions across the region, ensuring process adherence and governance guidelines are followed.

This position calls for a highly energetic leader with excellent project management, communication, portfolio management, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute various real estate transactions including capital and lease acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, and disposition transactions through local brokerage teams.
  • Engage with clients' senior stakeholders to define objectives and agree requirements at the outset of a strategy and transaction.

Requirements

  • Possess strong leadership skills to manage account TMs and brokers across geographies.
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency and knowledge in portfolio management.
  • Ambitious, results-oriented individual who can liaise effectively with all levels of management.
  • Familiar with working with fast-moving MNC clients with regional presence and multiple service lines.
  • Prior experience in managing a team.
