Transaction Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward through expert transaction management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including SSAs, SPAs, SHAs, BTAs, and term sheets.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on PE/VC/M&A matters, including listed and unlisted transactions.
  • - Ensure end-to-end closure of transactions, from initiation to completion.
  • - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of corporate laws, including the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (LODR, PIT), and foreign exchange laws.
  • - Lead due diligence processes and effectively communicate with clients.
  • - Adapt to new areas of law and work streams, including advisory, drafting, negotiations, and corporate litigation.
  • - Possess LLB qualification and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
