Job Overview

The role of Security Managed Services Engineer (L3) is a seasoned technical position, responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical issues.

This engineer will maintain a high level of service delivery through proactive incident resolution, product reviews, operational improvements, quality assurance, and pre-emptive service activities. The primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions and manage tickets of high complexity, conducting advanced tasks while being aware of client's security architecture.

The Security Managed Services Engineer (L3) may also contribute to project work as required. This individual will use considerable judgment, analytical thinking, and deep technical expertise to achieve client outcomes while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems.
  • Maintain a high level of service delivery through quality assurance, product reviews, and operational improvements.
  • Manage tickets of high complexity, conducting advanced tasks.
  • Aware of client's high-level and low-level security architecture.
  • Contribute to project work as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, EC, EE, CS, or IT Engineering.
  • Certifications in data science and proposed solution OEMs.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity data science.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization on proposed platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data mining Techniques.
  • Familiarity with security tools like SIEM, SBDL, UEBA, SOAR, EDR, etc.
  • Proficiency in generic machine learning tools like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, R, Python, Scala, etc.
