Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, aligning your solutions with their business goals.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand your market share and establish yourself as a premier professional.
- Solution Delivery: Identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers.
- Market Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging your networks and market knowledge.
- Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring that your diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
- Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to your overall revenue strategy.
- 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
- Demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
- Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
- A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
