Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to play a key role in shaping our company's presales and solution consulting strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead complex opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition.
  • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and ROI.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Drive the pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.
Client Engagement:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Closely collaborate with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help in refining the product and content roadmap.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy.
Strategic Value Proposition:
  • Create compelling case studies articulating the value delivered to clients.
  • Articulate ROI delivered by our solutions through representative scenarios for strategic accounts.
  • Lead the creation of industry specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in the value proposition.
