Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Solutions Specialist to support platform operations, data automation, cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, data, and vendor management teams to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.

  • Analyze business workflows, define key performance indicators, and build decision-making dashboards.
  • Support cloud cost optimization through AWS services (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, anomaly detection).
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency (recovery time objective/recovery point objective).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process standardization and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Strong skills in SQL and Python/R programming languages for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and FinOps best practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with Infrastructure as Code/Continuous Integration-Continuous Deployment methodologies.
